BRAND MANAGER

As a senior member of the team you will maximise the performance of the DC brand in Indonesia through the effective coordination of production, sales and marketing activities.
 
Key Tasks
 
Production and Distribution Activities :

    * Ensure accurate completion of production planning activities including forecasts inline with sales budgets and product assortment plans.
    * Responsible for the accurate completion and submission of production orders adhering to set deadlines.
    * Follow supply chain activities from ordering to receipt of goods to ensure accuracy of documentation and timely receipt of product.
    * Prepare assortment plans and distribution plans/guidelines based on store segmentation for sales team to ensure correct product mix for each retailer.

Coordination of regional sales activities:

    * Ensure the timely development, distribution and follow up of all sales information.
    * Position yourself as the key contact for sales/product related queries for the region ensuring all matters are followed through to achieve a positive result.
    * Routinely review the performance of all retailers against forecasts to ensure all sales are in line with projected targets.
    * Develop and implement training and development initiatives for the department and retailers.

Promotion Planning and Implementation :

    * Coordinate the successful execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives in the relevant markets.


Financial Responsibilities/Duties :

    * Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budgets and actively work to meet budgeted sales targets during the financial year.

It is expected the successful applicant will possess the following competencies:

    * Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
    * Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English; both written and spoken.
    * Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently to follow up on tasks to completion.
    * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    * Exceptional attention to detail.
    * A strong customer focus and desire to continuously improve the operations.
