I. WOOD GENETIC DEPLOYMENT HEAD (Riau)

a) This position is also open to International Staff
b) Highly preferably graduate from Phd.in Forestry
c) Applied Science mindset, Role in Genetic in Plantation Quality and Productivity
d) Strong experience in Genetic Deployment, forest Genetic Material
e) Special skill in Data Base Managerial System

II. ESTATE MANAGER (Riau)

a) Forestry or Agriculture Degree
b) Minimum age at least 38 years old
c) Strong experience in HTI, HPH, Forestry or Plantation
d) Strong leadership & Mature
e) Wide exposure in plantation, harvesting, nursery

III. WOOD SUPPLY MANAGER (Riau)

a) MALE
b) Strong experience in Logistic, Suply Chain Management, Warehousing for at least 8 years
c) High priority for those who has working background in FORESTRY company/ industry
d) Strong leadership and good statistic management

IV. HRD MANAGER (Riau)

a) MALE, degree in any major
b) Age minimum 30 years old
c) Strong exposure in all human resources spectrum, such as hr strategic, performance management, compensation benefit, recruitment and learning development, industrial relation
d) Good English is A MUST and additional skill in Mandarin is an added value e)Preferably has working experience in plantation, forestry or other natural resources industry

V. HR STRATEGIC - ASST. MGR LEVEL (Riau)

a) MALE, age minimum 28 years old
b) Preferably has background from Math or Engineering
c) Has experience in HR spectrum for at least 5 years
d) Good analytical thinking, strong in statistic
e) Advance skill in Excel work spreadsheet and Power Point Presentation
f) Has passion to deal with numbers, statistics, various numerical data

VI. EMPLOYEE RELATION (Riau)
a) MALE, preferably in Single status
b) Wide experience and exposure in Industrial and Employee Relation
c) Strong character, discipline, firm, good communication skill and high leadership
d) Good in building relationship with internal and external community
e) High mobility, like to traveling
