Purchasing Staff - Mandarin Speaking
Responsibilities:
The Role:
ØThe Incumbent for above position will Responsible for effective & efficient purchasing activities, import administration & regular reporting.
ØManaging purchasing requisition process.
Coordination with the Director and negotiation with the supplier in ordering the products and calculation for the selling price.
ØCoordination with the delivery service provider and head of warehouse to set up the delivery time in warehouse.
ØMake a regular report, documentation and administration related in Import Progression Reports.
Requirements:
# Female
# Bachelor Degree(S1) in Accounting from reputable University
# Minimum 3 years experience as purchasing staff or Export Import staff from reputable company, preferably from manufacturing.
# Good Computer literature and familiar with Internet
# Fluent English and Mandarin is a must.
# Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
