• Translates marketing strategies into feasible strategies, establish business objectives for the sale and profit targets or products and service plan.
• Evaluates all sales financing efforts and provides recommendations for future strategies and plan.
• Ensures the safety and security of both customer's and the bank's asset by applying and complying with established policies and procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
• Identifies of profile client and provide update information of client needs and market trends
Qualifications :
• Minimum S1 graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking (as a Branch Manager) or 5 years experience in credit consumer & small medium enterprise/commercial
• Requires thorough knowledge of the marketing techniques and understanding of bank's products and services
• Good communication in English
• Excellence performance tracking
