Reporting and Policy Officer (RPO)

Key Responsibilities :
* Provide and develop IT reporting to PTBC Managements for IT related reports, e.g. SLA, performance, outage and any other IT reports
* The incumbent will be supported by other IT team member to provide data source, reformat to readable form and consolidate this into weekly, monthly and quarterly report
* Responsible to develop and enhance policy and procedure in the bank to improve process efficiency, better control and increase productivity

Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor Degree in business, engineering or related field from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience 2 - 3 years in IT industry and experience in Bank is an advantage
* Strong project management, quantitative analysis and reporting
* Ability to lead and influence internal stake holders and senior management
* Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent main frame system and software packages
* Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Access is a must
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Able to work with other departments and posses a good teamwork quality
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
