Credit Card Strategic Partnership Manager (CCSP)

Job Description :

* To increase company’s brand and usage acceptance through usage program and or mall promo.
* To build strategic relationship with prospect and strategic merchant partners nationwide (hotel chain, retail fashion, supermarket).
* To identify and grow business opportunities that increase brand awareness and customer usage.
* To work closely with Product team and merchant acquiring/partnership for effective usage program.
* To ensure usage programs are executed to generate committed revenue within committed budget. Responsible for the following key drivers : issuing sales and revenue.
* Responsible to collect, collate and track competitors’ activities and drive competitive analysis.
* Driving customer communication with marketing communication team.

Credit Card Product Manager (CCPM- JB05)

Job Description :

* Create clear differentiation of each product.
* Be the chief custodian of each Product Positioning Statement.
* Formulate product strategy
* Responsible for creating value added benefits for company’s product (credit card).
* Create new attractive, competitive and yet relevant Features & Benefits.
* Continuously enhance current Features & Benefits.
* Driving usage programs together with Strategic Partnership team
* Working with Research & Analytic team for segmented offers based on customer segments.
* Responsible for the following key drivers : issuing sales, AR, and revenue.
* Responsible to collect, collate and track competitors’ activities and drive competitive analysis.
* Driving customer communication with marketing communication team.

Requirement :

* Bachelor degree (magisterial degree is preferable) from marketing, finance, economics, or engineering background.
* Strong network in retail fashion, supermarket/groceries, and hotel & travel industry.
* Good negotiating and analytical skill
* Good relationship management and team working skill
* Effectively bilingual in both English and Bahasa.
* Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point and preferably Microsoft Project.
