We are looking for an innovative professional who has an interest in mobile services and a curiosity for new gadgets.
Due to our expanding growth, we urgently need an Account Specialist to join our team.
Account Specialist
Job Description:
* Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's services (training provided)
* Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus sales activities on and develop new client relationships
* In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
* Prepare proposal/quotation for customers
* Promote and educate clients regarding the company's services
* Provide customer support, managing client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
* Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding company procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 degree in relevant field
* Fresh graduate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
* Good command of English (oral and written)
* Good oral and written presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective time management
* Microsoft Office computer skills
* Customer Support or Sales Executive Experience is an advantage
* Good technical skills and interest in mobile technology
* Have own transportation
This position is based in Jakarta.
