    Our Executive Search & Assessment Division is actively assisting various companies in fulfilling their needs of high caliber candidates. We specialize in searching candidates for Managerial positions or higher to fill available positions in our clients.

    Our client is a Multi National Company in IT & Business Services. As one of the leading suppliers of innovative solutions and products for The Financial Services industry worldwide & supported with employees across more than 40 countries, they provide business consulting, system integration & IT and business process outsourcing across diverse markets including telecoms & media, financial services, energy & utilities, industry, distribution & transport and the public sector.

    To serve their expansion plan in System Integration, Turnkey Project & Professional Services business in the Financial Services sector; primarily Banking in Indonesia, they are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development person to join them as:

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    As a Business Development Manager, you have to grow company’s Financial Services Solutions Business by identifying business opportunities, within new accounts, engage extensively in the account and drive such opportunities to a successful conclusion

    Requirements :

    * Bachelor degree in any major (preferably from IT)
    * 5 years experiences in selling Financial Services solution
    * Proven track record of success in deal sizes of over US$ 1 million
    * Knowledgeable in Financial Solution areas, such as: Card Management, Risk & compliance consultancy, Electronic document delivery, etc.
    * Have strong presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels
    * Possess good relationship building skills & wide business networking
    * Fluency in English
    * Willing to travel as needed
