Scope of Work :

As a Systems Architect and Integration, you will be responsible for create, manage a blueprint of System Architecture & Integration, and define a road map for System Integration, also translating users business issues and problems into technology solutions. The SAI defines the project approach, the technical architecture, recommended technologies and tools (as required), and the appropriate resources and staffing mix to facilitate the implementation of the solution.

Responsibilities :

* Demonstrate technical leadership in the definition, architecture, and delivery of technology solutions.
* Able to understand the users business and technology needs and develop a solution.
* Maintain in-depth technical expertise of specified business practice and technology area as it relates to the needs of customers.
* Work closely with internal resources to ensure successful delivery of the solution.
* Create and adhere to standard solution and service delivery methodology.
* Lead architectural technical reviews and requirements definitions, and prepare software architecture implementation strategies and plans.
* Involved in hardware sizing as required to meet solution requirements.
* Disseminate architectural guidelines and ensures compliance across development teams.
* Able and willing to work on multiple project solutions.

Requirements :

* 10 years of experience in IT.
* Design & Implement IT Architecture & System Integration Plan.
* Broad understanding of deployment and implementation issues.
* Demonstrated experience of designing & executing IT Architecture.
* Demonstrated experience in selecting and managing technical resources for client engagements.
* Demonstrated client management skills.
* Applied knowledge of internet based and client-server technologies, and integrating technologies with existing business systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work with a multitude of technology platforms.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience working with a cross-functional team in order to evaluate client needs and craft appropriate solutions.
* Experience in one or more of the following practices areas: e-Business, EAI, CRM, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence.
