    System Analyst

    Essentials Requirements :

        * A college degree in Computer Science or Mathematics with at least two year of experience in business and sytem analyst
        * Have good communication skill and pleasant personality
        * Strong logical analysis skills with systems design background and skill in programing
        * Have good understanding in J2EE Technology , familiar with EJB 2.1, Struts Framework, Hibernate, and JBoss
        * Preferably knowledge of SQL programming tools
        * Good analytical and conceptual skills,good interviewing skills (for data gathering/business requirements preparation)
        * Possesses god oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented
        * Experience on CRM, ERP is preferable
