COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
You will responsible to manage and design compensation and benefit included salary structure, salary increasing base on competency, regular benefits, remuneration and benefits on achievement. Working with the trend of compensation and benefits with the several organization parallel by Human Resources system. Analyze and review benefits and salary structure gradually to minimize employee turn over at the corporate. Advise and solve any problem for remuneration and compensation for each department. To Keep and maintain HR information system for C & B Department.
Requirement:
- Male or Female
- Maximum 45 years Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Law, Psychology and Human Resources Discipline.
- Sharp Knowledge of Industrial Relation, Manpower Regulation, Design Salary and Remuneration Structure.
- Minimum 7 years experience in similar field in multinational work environment.
