We are from JAC Indonesia, a leading reputable international recruitment consultancy. Our client, an Optoelecronics Device Manufacturer in Batam, look for suitable candidates to fill the post of:

Continuous Improvement Leader/Coordinator (Job Code: CIC)
Main responsibility:
The successful candidate will responsible to drive, deploy, and manage Continuous Improvement initiatives in site and work closely with regional Continuous Improvement Leader to deploy an operating system within the site to meet business objectives

Requirements:

• 30-40 years old
• Graduated from Engineering or Technical Discipline is a must, MBA degree will be and additional point
• Has a solid understanding of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing philosophies
• Posses at least Black Belt Six Sigma certificate
• Has at least 6 years working experience related to Black Belt Six Sigm project with 2 years project in manufacturing company
• Proficient skills in Minitab, MS Words, MS Power Point, and MS Excel
• Familiars to conduct training and develop learning organization
• Active in English
• Willing to work in Batam
