We are seeking qualified, Requires for immediate appointment of the following position:
E-LEARNING SUPPORT
Education and Experience :
Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or a related field and two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed below.
Key Duties & Skills :
Under supervision of an IT Manager the incumbent will :
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, peripheral equipment.
Assesses user training needs and train users in effective use of applications.
Assume administrative roles for the school online software applications (Turn It In, ProQuest and Google Applications etc..), ensuring that service accounts are up to date and that staff are properly supported and trained in their use of these services.
Communicate effectively in English with co-workers, subordinates, superiors, the general public, and with students.
