    PT. Tiara Marga Trakindo is a parent company of TMT Group; our main business is Property & Assets Management. We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill this following position:

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Job Roles

        * Coordinate and Supervise the assigned property and facility development projects an efficient and effective manner to produce the highest return for the company
        * Qualifications
        * University graduate; preferably with Civil/Electrical Engineering major
        * Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiations, presentation and team building
        * Excellent communication skills, Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
        * Good computer literacy; especially in Ms. Office, knowledge of design in structural, experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) IT applications
        * Knowledge of construction bidding processes and document requirements
        * Minimum 1 year experience in Civil construction managemet and / or building (facility) professional / line business experience
        * Highly motivated, self directed, self starter, and analytical thinker
        * Cost and contribution conscious with focus o “value added”
        * Ability to work in team or individually


    Terms, Condition, and Benefits

        * Location : Jakarta
        * Report to : Project Manager
        * Position : Permanent
        * Compensation : Monthly Base Salary, Applicable to performance Bonus
