1. Production Manager

You will be responsible for:

    * Manage the department as ISO and quality, time and as fabric requirement by high efficiency
    * Production planning and control
    * Make and propose the budget proposal regarding employee, investment, tool and material usage to the BOD
    * Make production report regarding the department activity
    * Co-operate with Test QC, Engineering regarding the internal problem/remark and with customer service & after sales regarding external repaired

Your profile:

    * Electrical Degree major in power system transformer,
    * Min 10 years experience and mastering the transformer production process in related dept,
    * Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS,
    * Fluent to speak English both oral and written,
    * Able to operate PC Office Software Application,
    * A team player,
    * Highly motivated and integrated
    * This position is based in Jakarta

2. Operation Manager

You will be responsible for:

    * Plan, supervise and control the production activities in order to maximize the Q/C/D achievements and thus satisfy the customer
    * Implement, supervise & follow up the quality control programs in order to secure customer satisfaction
    * Totally responsible that all project orders are fulfilled to specification, budget and time thus ensuring customer satisfaction & business objectives for cash, sales turn over and gross margin are met. Clear management of cost to complete per project
    * Maintain and improve equipments and processes in order to maximize and permanently increase productivity and quality
    * Define, manage, supervise and control the logistic policy in order to respects deadlines and reduce costs

Your profile:

    * Electrical degree,
    * Min 10 years experience and mastering in switchgear/panel and substation production process,
    * Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS and Supply Chain also Lean Manufacturing,
    * Fluent to speak English both oral and written,
    * Able to operate PC Office Software Application,
    * A team player,
    * Highly motivated and integrated.
    * This position is based in Jakarta

3. SDCI Manager/Method Manager
Jakarta

You will be responsible for:

    * Set up integrated Management System, able to drive Business Strategic Objective
    * Define the process of the domain and ensure expertise and integration
    * To promote Sustainable Development & Continuos Improvement
    * Define and co-ordinate the projects decided within the program, follow up budget and resources allocation
    * To analyse process; propose change and carry out projects for the implementation

Your Profile:

    * Electrical Degree or Master in Electrical/any major with min 5 years experience,
    * Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS,
    * Experience in Lean Manufacturing;
    * Six Sigma Project is advantage,
    * Able to speak English both oral and written,
    * Able to operate PC Office Software Application,
    * A team player,
    * Highly motivated and integrated.

4. Project Administration
Jakarta

You will be responsible for:

    * Manage all the administration aspect in project
    * Preparing & ensuring technical documentation for project
    * Mastering, creating and maintaining the documentation of project’s

Your profile:

    * Electrical Degree or Diploma Degree in electrical with min 2 years experience,
    * Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS,
    * Able to speak English both oral and written,
    * Able to operate PC Office Software Application,
    * A team player,
    * Highly motivated and integrated.

5. Test & Quality Engineer
Jakarta

You will be responsible for:

    * Supervise the product final test and responsible for the product quality as the requirement
    * Standarizing the requirement and evaluating for improper test result
    * Defining product quality control & testing

Your profile:

    * Electrical Degree in electrical (power system) with min 3-4 years experience on transformer manufacturing,
    * Have a competency in production quality control,
    * Good performance in test competency,
    * Have good experience in Lean Manufacturing,
    * Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS,
    * Able to speak English both oral and written,
    * Able to operate PC Office Software Application,
    * A team player,
    * Highly motivated and integrated.
    * This position is based in Jakarta

6. Cost Controller (2 Positions)
Jakarta

You will be responsible for:

    * Monitoring & Analyzing the cost by project and by activity
    * Analyze margin slip page and root cause plus define action plan
    * Asssist UFC in gate review for project in each activity before launching production
    * Assisting in monthly closing process
    * Preparing data for Budget & Forecast analysis
    * Provide the cost controlling data analysis

Your profile:

    * Degree or Master from reputable university majoring in accounting,
    * Master in handling PC Office equipment especially Excel,
    * Familiar with Finance Software esp. MFGPro, Strong knowledge in costing process,
    * Good in analytical,
    * At least 3 years experience in manufacturing,
    * Able to work under pressure and under tight deadline, English is a must,
    * Have a knowledge in EHS actions
    * A team player, highly motivated and integrated
