The Role:
Recognised as one of the best in the industry, Dow's CDP is a comprehensive 12-month program consisting of:
* Extensive training - develop capabilities and technical knowledge of markets and applications
* Hands on exposure to Customer Service activities
* Sales and marketing project assignments exploring growth opportunities for Dow
* Customer visits with an experienced Sales staff
* Networking with experiencedDowcolleagues and building mentoring relationship
Upon successful completion of this 12-month program you will transition into an Account Manager role for one of Dow's global businesses.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, Business or Marketing
* Credit average (minimum) GPA : 3,00
* Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
* Team player
* Demonstrates a high degree of initiative
* Strong analytical skills
* A passion for sales
* Good command or both English and Bahasa
