    Fesco Asia Personnel Services Pte Ltd, urgently require:

    ASSISTANT QA MANAGER - BINTAN

    Responsibilities:

    * Manage a team of QA engineers and supervisors
    * In-process quality control and improvement
    * Lead the QA and IQC workforce to work cohesively as a team
    * Liaise with other departments to continuously improve the process and quality level
    * Interface with customers on quality issues

    Requirements:

    * Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
    * At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in EMS industry· Experience in PCBA Quality System, IPC STD and Statistical Process Control
    * Goal-oriented, highly motivated and pro-active in approach
    * Good team player and customer service-oriented
    * Certified Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage
    * Required to be stationed in Bintan
