Our Client one of leading Property and Real Estate Developer in East Java with more than 10 housing estate, due to rapid growing and expand new project, they are seeking high qualified executive to fill following position:


PROPERTY OPERATION DIRECTOR – MALANG – EAST JAVA


The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Oversee all property and project operation included construction , project tendering, land acquisition policy, sales and marketing development analysis, public relation activities, new project expansion analysis.
- Analyze Operation project policy in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- To grow close relationship with related government included National Land Board (BPN), Notary, Real Estate Agent, Contractor and Supplier, Banks for KPR Process.
- Expert in handling related licenses, construction permit etc.


The ideal candidate must be:


- Male or Female, Maximum 50 years Old
- Bachelor Degree in Management or Sales and Marketing, from Civil and Architecture Engineering would be advantaged.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Property and Real Estate Operation and Property Management
- Understood Project Management, Cost estimation, Project Marketing and Launching.
- Good interpersonal skill multi cultural environment.
- Well organized and strong leadership.
- Good English Communication and Computer Skill
- Candidates from Malang or Pasuruan Areas (preferably)


Note:

Interview will be conducted in Malang or Surabaya.
