We are seeking resources for Maintenance Trainer that will be based in Satui Project.

Responsibility of this position is to provide mechanical trade and allied training for personnels in order to increase the productivity, maintenance and repair to increase personnel capability; conduct relevant training & coaching program both in class and in field for tradesmen & apprentices; develop, review, revise and amend training packages and lesson plans; involve actively in the planning of training activities with minimal disruption to production activities in order that training facilities & resources are optimised; assist in conducting competency assessment for apprentices and conduct document control procedures in accordance with company standar.

This position requires Recognised trade and / or mechanical engineering qualifications with minimum 3 yearsof experience in a similar role, knowledge of business culture and training system principles; excellent English communication skill-written and verbal; computer literacy, personal effectiveness, innovation & initiative; and ability to cope with additional responsibilities.
