1. Area Manager

Responsibilities :

    * To provide leadership in the implementation of retail strategy stores
    * To continuously develop operational performance through people quality, retail standards and customer service
    * To passionately campaign for & implement The Body Shop's social & environmental agenda with the team, with the customers & within the community
    * To continuosly increase sales & profitability while protecting the brand and it's reputation
    * Analyze market oppurtunity in order to anticipate and develop the retail plan for a designated area
    * To take charge in recruitment and development of staff in order to build a strong competitive

Requirements :

    * Minimum of one years as Area Manager or 3 years as a store leader at an international cosmetics/fashion brand retailer with a strong track record
    * 28-32 years old male or female,
    * S1 graduate from reputable university with Minimum IPK 3.0
    * fluent in English (written & spoken)
    * In good health, with a passion for lifestyle & cosmetics & a strong strive for excellence


2. Store Leader

Responsibilities :

    * To effectively lead the implementation of yearly retail plans in an assigned store
    * To continuosly develop sales and profitability plans of store by implementing retail standards, promotion programs, customer service and staff developments plans
    * To passionately implement and communicate the Social and Environmental Values to the team, customers and community
    * To consistently train, coach, and counsel the staff to optimize their capacity and build a strong and competitive team
    * To closely monitor and analyze the market oppurtunities to anticipate and continuosly grow the business

Requirements :

    * 23-30 years old male or female, S1 graduate from a reputable university with minimum IPK 3.0
    * 1-2 years experience in the same position with a strong track record will be an advantage
    * Strong leadership and learning spirit, good interpersonal skills and good English ability
    * In a good health, with a passion for lifestyle & cosmetics with a strong strive for excellence


3. Organization & Process Development Staff

Job description :

    * Responsible for Process Management Implementation, include : time management of work process, process control of marketing implementation, follow up coordination process
    * Responsible for integrated Marketing Program Coordination, include : integrated marketing calendar provider, data support integration provider

Requirements :

    * Male, 23-25 years old
    * Hold min. bachelor degree in Industrial Enggineering from reputable university
    * Have experience in Organization Development/Quality Assurance/Project leader
    * Actively involved in an organizations (college/non college activity)
    * Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skill with excellent communication skill both written and oral english
    * Have initiative and ability to cope with rapidly changing and dynamic trend/lifestyle
    * Young dynamic, creative and fast learner h. Computer literate, especially MS. Excell & MS. Power Point

4. Forecasting support Officer

Job Description:

    * Responsible for data analysis, event palnning, post even summary
    * Responsible for inventory reports
    * Follow up order and becoming product

Requirements :

    * Male or Female, 23-25 years old
    * Hold min. bachelor degree in accounting computerized, computer science, industrial engineering, accounting c. Computer literate, especially Ms. Excell, Ms. Access & SQL (preffered)


5. Visual Merchandising Effectiveness Staff

Qualifications :

    * Male or Female, 23-27 years old
    * Hold min. bachelor degree in interior design/graphic design/architecture
    * Have 1-2 years experience in the similar position (retail business background is an advantage)
    * Computer literate (ArchiCad, AutoCad and Computer graphic)
    * Dynamic, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
    * Have initiative & ability to cope with rapidly changing and dynamic trend/lifestyle
    * Posses good personality and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and capability in working individually or with others


6. Store Internal Audit

Qualifications :

    * Male, 23-25 years old
    * Hold min. bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
    * Have experience as an internal audit for min. 1 year (experience in Public Accountant is preffered), fresh graduate still welcome
    * Posses good personality and interpersonal skill, with excellent communication
