In a 1998 report, a survey of international chief executives in The Financial Times ranked The Body Shop the 27th most respected company in the world. Now there are 52 stores in 11 big cities in Indonesia. Due to our rapid growing company, we are inviting highly motivated and enthusiastic professional candidate for the following position :

1. Data Analysis & Administration Support

Qualifications :

    * Female, max 26 years old
    * Hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting Computerizing/Computer Science (Fresh graduates are welcome)
    * Have min. 1 years working expericences in the similar position (retail background is an advantage)
    * Computer literate (especially Office, Outlook & Outlook express)
    * Able to speak in English both oral & written
    * Target oriented and able to work under pressure
    * Fast learner, willing to learn & highly motivated with excellent service attitude
    * Able to work individually / with others
    * Dynamic & creative, has initiative and ability to cope with rapidly changing & dynamic trend / lifestyle

Job desc :

    * Responsible for Sales Promotion Data Analysis & Store Data Support
    * Reporting to regional office (daily & weekly)

2. Process Management Officer

Qualifications :

    * Male, 23-25 years old
    * Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university
    * Have experience in Organization Development/Quality Assurance/Project leader
    * Actively involved in an organizations (college/non college activity)
    * Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skill with excellent communication skill both written and oral English
    * Have initiative and ability to cope with rapidly changing and dynamic trend/lifestyle
    * Young dynamic, creative and fast learner
    * Computer literate, especially MS Excell & MS Power Point

Job descriptions :

    * Responsible for Process Management Implementation, include : time management of work process, process control of marketing implementation, follow up coordination process
    * Responsible for Integrated Marketing Program Coordination, include : Integrated marketing calendar provider, data support integration provide
