    Looking for the motivated candidates for following positions of :

    HR Operation Assistant Manager
    Report to Senior HR Manager

    HR Operation Assistant Manager

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

        * Implementing the strategic direction of HR inititatives and practices including recruitment & selection, training and development, and all HR operation programs
        * Develop and conduct HR operation processes include recruitment and selection, training development


    SPECIFICATION :

        * S1 degree, graduates from Psychology / Industrial Engineering/ HRM. Master degree would be advantage
        * Min. 5 years experiences in HR Division, having experience to set up people development program and conduct recruitment activities
        * Having a good interpersonal skill and conceptual thinking
        * Fluent in English is a must
