HR Shared Services Generalist
( Surabaya and Jakarta Based)
The incumbent is accountable to provide accurate, comprehensive, timely and courteous solutions to HR related questions and queries based on government, company and other related regulations, policies and procedures as employee first contact point.
Qualifications:
* • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline with min. GPA 3.00.
* • Able to operate Microsoft Office applications
* • Having good team work and cooperation
* • Be able and willing to work in tight deadlines and in team as well as in smoking environment
* • Having good analytical and learning capability, customer service and achievement orientation and interpersonal understanding
