Bali Moon is a thriving well recognized liqueur business with headquarters to its regional operation based in Bali. Currently with offices in Jakarta and Surabaya, Bali Moon Liqueurs supplies 500+ outlets with a range of 7 great tasting liqueur flavors.

Whilst looking to grow our product base with several new exciting flavors we are also looking to expand regionally and internationally. In order to achieve this planned growth and with a view to strengthening our head office team, we are looking to hire EXCEPTIONAL people for the following role:


HRD MANAGER (Bali)

Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and development

    * Provide guidance and leadership to employee relations issues and formulate effective communication programmers to inculcate HR policies and procedures


Requirements:

    * Maximum age 35 years old
    * Education Background Degree S1 in Law or Psychology
    * Having experience min 3 years in HR activities such as administrative, training & recruitment
    * Degree in HRM with at least 5 years relevant experience
    * Having experience in same position min 5 years (preferable from hospitality industry)
    * Good communication & interpersonal skill
    * A strong management and leadership personality
    * Conversant with Indonesia labor legislation, labor law (familiar with UUK No. 13 / 2003)
    * Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills with employees at all levels
    * Hands-on knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point
    * Traveling is expected of this position
    * Able to start work within short notice
    * Hard worker, independent and able to work under pressure
