    Organization Development Officer

    Responsibilities:

        * Ability to implement HR development programs and processes including Balanced Scorecard, 360 degrees feedback etc.
        * Familiarity and experience in HRIS will be an advantage
        * Minimum 2 years of proven track record in successfully implementing and executing OD programs in an organization.

    Requirements:

        * Female preferred, Minimum a University degree in Psychology
        * Proficiency in English is a must, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
        * Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
