Career Opportunities
Within the TMT Group there are several openings in the Human Resources section to supplement the current HR staff as the Group focuses on the Vision 2010. The challenges to provide this service proactively and at a strategic level requires employees with conceptual thinking and dynamic contribution. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining this section then please apply as detailed below.
HUMAN RESOURCES (SPECIALISTS / SUPERVISORS)
Job Roles:
1. Assist in aligning, embedding and coordinating HR structures, policies, procedures and best practices with Vision 2010
2. Assist in monitoring compliance with standardises HR SOPs
3. Work on strategic learning and development of subsidiary's employees, with focus on customer service and engagement
4. Managing performance
5. Provide daily HR direction and services delivery
6. Benchmarking productivity, compensation and other key factors
Qualifications:
1. University graduate, preferably with SDM major
2. Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiations, presentations and team building
3. Excellent communication skills, Indonesians and English, both written and verbal
4. Good computer literacy; especially in MS Office
5. Minimum 3 years of professional/line business experience
6. Highly motivated, self directed, self starter and analytical thinker
7. Cost and contribution conscious with focus on 'value added'
8. Ability to work in team or inividually

* Compensation: Monthly Based Salary Applicable to Performance Bonus
