Our main mission is to assist clients in finding qualified candidates who are expert in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, PPIC, Purchasing, Export-Import, Shipping, Freight Forwarding Operation, Warehousing and Distribution. Our other mission is to help qualified manpower who are expert in above fields to find better job and better career development.

    One of our client, a reputable international manufacturing company currently is looking for suitable candidates for :

    HRD MANAGER

    Qualification:

        * Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Industrial Engineering from reputable university
        * Min. 6 years managerial experience in HRD in big and reputable manufacturing company
        * Strong competency in handling industrial relations
        * Excellent knowledge in training and people development program
        * Excellent knowledge in HRIS
        * Hands on with ISO, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement implementation
        * Fluent English is a must
