To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units: HERO, GUARDIAN, STARMART, GIANT and MITRA TOKO DISCOUNT with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, due to the rapid growth expansion we need dedicated and dynamic professionals to drive out business further, with following positions:


    RECRUITMENT MANAGER

    To implement Human Resources (HR) planning to ensure staffing needs in the company are fulfilled.

    Qualifications:

        * Young and energetic with ambition to develop company interest and image on Recruitment function.
        * Minimum 3 years of working experiences as a Recruitment Manager in coordinating all recruitment efforts.
        * Good understanding with assessment methods such as psychological tests, In Tray, Focus Group Discussion process is essential.
        * Familiar with competency based recruitment.
        * Strong leadership, and result oriented.
        * Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively.
        * Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve objectives.
        * Good computer literate.
        * English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
