    Insurance Distribution Manager

    Report to Head of Bancassurance in expanding, distributing and monitoring sales target of bancassurance product in Kalimantan, Sulawesi , Irian and Maluku area

    • 5 years experience in Insurance or Banking Management
    • Strong sales leadership
    • Strong in strategic thinking and a track record of successful management within large business is preferable

    General Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree
    • Banking/financial institutions background for any positions
    • Demonstrates fluent verbal and written English
    • Strong leadership, proactive person, excellent interpersonal and communication skill
