To meet their ambitious growth and expansion plans they URGENTLY NEED energetic, dedicated & high potential professionals with strong marketing and leadership skill for their branches in Surabaya, Medan, Pekanbaru, and Makasar.
Branch Manager – LEADING INSURANCE COMPANY
Responsibility :
* Total responsibility for marketing and achieving sales targets.
* Development of business and building up strong customer base
* Ability to lead a team in planning / organizing and development of insurance business.
* Hire, develop and train resource in addition to keep up high level of staff motivation
* Responsible for achieving branch sales numbers
* Review and ensure customers' document completeness
* Maintain relationship with customers for improving business relationship.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile :
* Age : preferably below 40 years
* Willing to be relocated in Major cities such as Surabaya, Medan, Pekanbaru and Makasar
* Minimum 10 years experience in managing a branch office.
* Bachelor Degree
* Proven good track record in Supervisory role experience and managing branch.
* Demonstrate a sound analytical ability
* Demonstrate potential to grow
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* High level of integrity
* Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours
Competencies:
* Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated, ability to work under pressure, good analytical attitude, Excellent communication skills and interpersonal and computer skills.
