Our Client, A Global  Oil and Gas  Exploration  and Production with several Active Oil Well in Major Areas In Indonesia. In order to Support their Exploration Activities and Production Process, they are seeking qualified Oil and Gas Personnel to fill following position:
 

1. Safety Officer

·   Bachelor Degree in HSE, Engineering From Reputable University.
·   Candidates must have minimum 10 years working experience in HSE in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
·   Strong knowledge of Offshore and Onshore Operation, having training skills, manage and increase safe working procedures, Analyzing Job safety, Accident and Incident analysis, solving and investigation and Fast Emergency Response both in both Office area and Site work.
·   Strong skill in HSE Auditing and Inspection.
·   Must have strong knowledge of HSE Management System, ISO 14001.
·   Experience in handling  routine task of safety work in Drilling area and Production operation.
·   Having basic engineering skill, oil tool operation and maintenance, use procedure, safety controlling and reporting.
·   Good English and Computer Literature.

2.  Electrical and  Instrument Superintendent

-  Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation from Reputable University.
·  Candidates must have minimum 8 years working experience in Oil and Gas Construction and  Maintenance both Offshore and Onshore .
·  Dept knowledge of Electrical and Instrument Installation and Maintenance  in addition PLC Knowledge (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron or Festo)
·  Experienced in Managing Several Electrical and Instrument Personnel ranging from craft till supervisor.
·  Having skill to read electrical and instrument drawing and can read technical drawing.
·  Having knowledge of Bill of Quantity.
·  Excellent in English Communication.
·  Having good strategic to minimize maintenance cost for Electrical and Instrument  activities.

3. Offshore Operation Manager

-  Bachelor degree in Engineering Faculty of Postgraduate would be advantaged
-  Minimum 10 years in managing Offshore operation from Reputable Oil and Gas Exploration Company.
-  Experience in managing offshore personnel (Technical, operator, operation support) and analyzing of cost operation (maintenance, logistic and procurement supply)
-  Candidate must have basic financial management, management skill and working with oil and gas trend both technical and economic development.
-  Having strong skill in Offshore activities such us tool maintenance, HSE, drilling, work over, rig activities , technical installation etc.
-  Maintain good relationship with Installation Center (Head Office), finance and commercial team.
-  To asses  and analyze sub contractor (Effectiveness , Working target, corporate working standard
-  Good English Communication and Interpersonal skill.
