We provide customized logistics solutions to selected customers in areas of warehousting inventory management, airfreight distribution, project logistics, sea/in land transport consolidations, customs clearance and other added value services.
As part of our growth strategy, we are urgently looking for high caliber and talented individuals to join and grow with us to challenge to market opportunities in supply chain and logistics industry as follows:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JAKARTA (AE-JKT)

   1. Build and manage relationships with customers in the areas of day to day customer service activities, including customers enquiry, cargo status, call centre management, claim and dispute resolution.
   2. Provide customized reports to customer based on available information in the system.
   3. Liaise to internal departments (operations and finance) for corrective actions, root-cause analysis, improvement opportuiniites.
   4. Develop customized solutions/enhancement to the system to cater customer requirements.

SALES EXECUTIVE - JAKARTA (SE - JKT)

   1. Collaborate with Operation Staff and Sales Manager to acquire target customers and to develop customized logistics solutions in area of distribution, warehouse and inventory management and other added value services.
   2. Develop proposals as necessary for acquiring customers, upgrading existing services and developing new products/service offerings.
   3. Oversee the development, support and maintenance of operating plans as agreed with customer (in coordination with Operations department).
   4. Maintain ongoing communication between customers and company by conducting regular visit and facilitating exchange correspondence, resolve issue/complaints that arise.

ACCOUNT RECEIVEABLE (AR)

   1. Ensure all invoiced have completed by tax invoices and supporting document needed.
   2. Ensure that invoices submission has agree as time limit in invoice submission KPI.
   3. Lead an admin staff in gather and filling supporting documents.
   4. Ensure that supporting documents have completed and meet with customers requirements.

PROJECT LEADER (PL)

   1. Execute collection and delivery packages, conduct survey for packages/material shipment and deliver accurate information to customer.
   2. Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all process maps and SOPs.
   3. Review weekly service performance and quality reports, discuss and identify root causes of service failures with the Manager, implement preventive action and suggest any modification of SOPs accordingly.
   4. Organize & conduct weekly meeting with the team to revew performance, service failures and operational problems.

Requirements:

   1. Male/Female
   2. Minimum Diploma Degree (PL), Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline (AE, PL), Engineering/Administration/Management/Logistics Management or its equivalent (SE), Accounting/Finance (AR).
   3. 2-3 year experiences in logistic area, preferably in freight and consolidation of small freight (AE, SE & PL), 1 year experience or fresh graduate (AR).
   4. Has knowledge of local & international shipping regulations (AE & SE)
   5. Has knowledge of export & import customs regulations (AE & SE)
   6. Willing to travel when required (AE & SE)
   7. Ability to understand and activity, gathers information, analyzing and reporting (AR)
   8. Reachable 24 hours/7 days on call when required by the job (PL)
   9. High degree of integrity, customers care and strong people management skill
  10. Able to work with minimum supervision, proactive and initiative to take improvement opportunity
  11. Able to work as a team player and able to manage change
  12. Strong and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  13. Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application)
