    Currently we are seeking a competent person to manage private property as:

    Property Management Officer


    Requirements:

    1. Male/Female, age 28 - 35 yo with min. Diploma in Hotel Management, from recognised institution in Jakarta
    2. Fluent in English and Indonesia, verbal and written. Ability to speak Mandarin will be advantegous
    3. Possess at least 2 years of working experiences in hospitality industries such as hotel, restaurant, property etc
    4. Well experienced in managing property maintenance, household and kitchen
    5. Humble with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    6. Have an eye of detail and high maintenance skills
    7. Able to manage private properties located in Java and Sumatera as travelling is required
