We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to fill the following position:
QUANTITY SURVEYOR COORDINATOR
Job Roles:
* Conduct the project estimation cost assigned by Property Development Management Supervisor
Qualifications:
* University Graduate; preferably with Civil Engineering or Architectural
* Strong interpersonal skills, project presentations skills and team building
* Excellent communication skills, Indonesians and English, both written and verbal
* Good computer literacy; good knowledge in Quantity Surveyor and strongly in property
* Familiar with Shop Drawing and demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excell
* Minimum 1 years of professional / line business experience
* Highly motivated, self directed, self starter and analytical thinker
* Cost and contribution conscious with focus on ‘value added’
* Ability to work in team or individually
Terms, Condition and Benefits:
* Location : Jakarta
* Report to : Property Development Supervisor
* Position : Permanent
* Compensation : Monthly Based Salary; Applicable to Performance Bonus
