Investor Relations Manager (IRM)
General Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the strategic communication with potential investors and key stakeholders through various communication platform
* Organizing road shows and presentations to potential individual and institutional investors and handle queries from investors analyst
* Making and distributing investor related information
* Setting investor database and system
Requirement:
* Male or Female
* Max 35 years old
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, with a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 from a reputable university
* At least 3 years relevant experience related to investor relations
* Able to understand financials and translate them into media and public communication.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, including flair for presenting information clearly, accurately, persuasively and strong influencing and verbal communication skills
* “Expert Level” skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
* Strong analytical & leadership skill
* The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential
