    PeopleSource is an international Executive Search firm headquartered firm in Singapore and focusing on the Indonesian market.
    Currently, our client, European based electrical appliances company, is looking for:

    Branch Manager Balikpapan

    Responsibilities:

        * To cover several area in Indonesia, e.g Balikpapan and other Kalimantan area
        * Penetrate the market in the area assigned
        * Strong ability to approach potential customers (distributors, agents and retailers) and promote products
        * Creating and maintaining good relationships with distributors, agents and retailers
        * Support the distributors and monitor the distribution for the area assigned
        * Achieving targets assigned in terms of market penetration and coverage
        * Report activities and market data to National Sales Manager


    Requirements:

        * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
        * At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
        * Applicants must be based in Balikpapan
        * Preferably Managers specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
