SECRETARY
Responsibilities :
1. Maintain directors’ calendar; schedule/confirm meeting dates, etc.
2. Arrange travel, hotel and car reservations and prepare itineraries.
3. Responsible for all types of company's correspondences and meeting minutes.
4. Set up and maintain filing systems.
5. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
6. Assists in preparing complex administrative reports, and performs data and/or information gathering, and spreadsheets.
Requirements :
1. Two to four (2-4) years’ secretarial experience.
2. English fluency is a must.
3. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
4. Highly organized individual with ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize workload regularly.
5. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and service skills essential.
6. Demonstrated ability to model operating principles and associated behaviors.
