To share our vision of continuous growth in telecommunication and networking area, we invite a dynamic, and result oriented person with motivation and creativity to full fill position :

    Technical Support

    Requirements:

        * D-3 Degree from Information Technology, Electrical engineering, or Telecommunication
        * Familiar with IT Network & Telecommunication Infrastructure both LAN and WAN
        * Having experiences in installation and troubleshooting of Networking & Telecommunication equipments
        * Having experiences in installation and troubleshooting of Hardware & Software PC
        * Have fast learning skills

    Job descriptions:

        * Install and troubleshoot at customer site
        * Answer and respond to phone calls for technical problem from clients
        * Work together with Sales team for presales marketing activities such as  network configuration & presentation
