    Overall Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the music content edition of mobile operators

    Principle Job Detailed Description:
    • Use Web interface administration site to upload contents to system
    • Conduct quality assurance testing on content
    • Prepare reports in Excel and Power Point format
    • Handle customer enquiry and problem solving

    Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
    • University graduate with minimum 1-2 years experience
    • Has knowledge about mobile content edition
    • Fluent in English
    • Good communication skill, able to handle customer request and relationship building
    • Computer and Internet literate
    • Knowledge in Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook; Graphic Reporting Tools
    • Basic knowledge in local and international music
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
