OPERATION MANAGER

Delifrance has established itself as one of the leading food and beverage companies not only in Singapore with over 90 owned and franchised outlets, but also we are opening our outlets in Jakarta.
Job Function :
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations and optimizing the sales and profit targets of the Company.
Qualification :
* Male / Female
* Min S1 Degree
* You should have a minimum of 5 - 6 years’ experience in hospitality, casual dining and fast food restaurants, with at least 3 years at senior management position.
* You should have a proven track record in developing and leading organizational change and achieving strategic goals.
If you have what it takes, please submit a concise cover letter, telling us why we =hould consider you, along with your resume and a recent photograph, stating your current salary and your notice period by no later than June 15th, 2007.
